What is Tai Chi/Qi Gong?
For beginners, Tai Chi or Qi Gong is a gentle form of exercise of body and mind for wellness. While Tai Chi training may be more physically exerted, with extra benefits for balancing skills and possible martial art applications, Qigong practice can be more meditative and healing-oriented.
Who can attend the class?
Anyone interested in improving their health and relaxation can attend, regardless of age or experience level.
What do I need?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. No prior experience is needed to join or enjoy the class.
How long is each class?
Each class is typically one hour long, providing ample time for practice and instruction.
When do classes start?
