A proprietarily charged Qi Field to cleanse-balance-optimize attendee’s energy patterns & vibrancies. (Proprietary w/ Dr. Yu, available seasonally or annually)

Is there any age or physical limitation?

Dr. Yu’s students range from 3.5 to 101 years old. (Please let us know if you break this record.🌟)

As long as focus is execute-able and your own current fitness level is respected, all are welcome. 🤗

What should I wear to class/healing?

-Comfy clothing, better for “Loosening”.

-Lightweight flat-bottom shoes, better for "Rooting". (No slippers or loose sandals for practice.)

-Minimal Accessories, better for “Flowing”.

-Bring hydration — a Must.

-For outdoor class, bring hat and sunglasses if prefer.

Remotely on your smart devise from anywhere. Must Pre-Notify us at 561-235-0939.

Early Arrivers:
